The Hardy inside philosophy is illustrated in the architectural design of its products, achieved by using a harmonious combination of shapes, materials, colours and features. Anne-Laure Lesquoy and Godefroy de Virieu stepped in and designed new features for fitting out drawers and storage units for the brand. Products are thus reinvented using stylish materials which are also environmentally-friendly. Kiln-dried bamboo is natural, light and waterresistant. As for neoprene (found in diving suits), it is washable and is a
good shock absorber. Drawer features vary widely, with cutlery racks, drawer compartments, knife holders and spice jar compartments, while separate storage features include bottle holders, jar holders, bread boards, fi xed modular compartments,
stackable crates, etc.
